Delete your Judah Beam account

In the app

1. Open Judah Beam and tap the gear (Settings).
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

That is all. It happens at once.

Without the app

Email orders@refurbishedphones.com with the subject "Delete my Judah Beam account" and your mobile number. We check with you that the number is yours, then delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

Deleting some things, keeping the account

• Delete any one item: open History and tap the bin next to it (on a phone, swipe it left). It is deleted on all your devices, files included.
• Delete everything you sent: Settings, then Clear history.
• Remove a phone or computer: tap Devices at the top, then Remove next to it.

What deleting the account removes

• Your account: mobile number, name, username, password and backup email.
• Every item: text, links, pictures, files, folders and chat messages, and every file on our servers.
• Your devices and the people you sent to.

Nothing is kept afterwards. A copy you sent to someone who has Judah Beam is theirs, and stays with them until it expires or they delete it.
